Crystal D. Golm

Ms. Golm received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2005, and was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Ms. Golm was raised in New Mexico and received her B.A. in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University in 1998. She relocated to Florida in 2001, to pursue a business opportunity, owning a small business on Anna Maria Island prior to attending Law School.

After working for a number of years as an associate in a well-established local firm, Ms. Golm branched out on her own, opening her own practice in 2008. She has grown that firm from a solo practice to three (3) attorneys in just three years. Her growth has afforded her the opportunity to purchase and renovate an historical Bradenton home to serve as the firm’s main office.

Ms. Golm concentrates her legal practice in the areas of general civil litigation, focusing on real estate litigation including commercial and residential contract disputes, condominium and HOA disputes, commercial and residential evictions, lender and borrower foreclosures, debt collection, and boundary disputes. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and a Certified Florida Arbitrator, and believes in the power of alternative dispute resolution as a viable alternative in many instances to traditional litigation.

Ms. Golm is active in her community and has been involved for many years in the activities of the Young Lawyers Division of the Manatee County Bar Association, serving as both its Secretary and Treasurer in recent years. She is a member of the Manatee County Bar Association and the Manatee County Chapter of Florida Association of Women Lawyers and is a certified title agent for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund.
