Crystal D. Golm, Esq. is a Florida Bar-licensed attorney and the principal of Golm Law Firm, P.A., a professional services corporation based in Manatee County, Florida. With a deep commitment to real estate and business law, Crystal has built a distinguished career helping individuals, business owners, investors, and developers navigate complex legal matters.
Crystal earned her Bachelor of Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University in 1998 and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School in 2005. She is an active member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law (RPPTL) Section, the Solo & Small Firm Section, and the Manatee County Bar Association.
A seasoned legal professional, Crystal has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate transactions, including apartment complexes, office buildings, triple-net lease agreements, and shopping centers. She has also facilitated thousands of residential real estate transactions, earning a reputation for her meticulous approach and client-centered service. Beyond transactions, she represents a broad range of clients, including real estate developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and business owners, offering strategic legal guidance tailored to their needs.
