Golm Law Firm, P.A. was founded by Crystal D. Golm, Esq. and has grown into a team of three attorneys with 75 years of combined experience. Associate attorney Brett Sarason, Esq. brings a background in civil litigation and HOA and condominium law, and associate attorney Melanie DeLeon-Thompson, Esq. focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and real estate.
Together, our attorneys have closed over 4,500 real estate transactions totaling more than $1 billion, both residential and commercial. Estate planning, probate, and For Sale By Owner consultations are free, and other consultation fees are credited toward your matter if you retain us. If we’re the right fit, you get a published flat-fee proposal. If we’re not, we’ll tell you who is.
